BL1117是一系列低压差三端稳压器，在1A负载电流下的压降为1.3V。与竞争对手的5mA相比，BL1117具有非常低的待机电流2mA。
除了固定版本外，Vour=1.2V、1.5V、1.8V2.5V、3.3V、5V和12V，BL1117还具有可调节版本，仅需两个外部电阻器即可提供1.25至12V的输出电压。
BL1117提供热关断和限流功能，以确保芯片和电源系统的稳定性。并采用微调技术，保证输出电压精度在+2%以内。其他输出电压精度可按需定制，如+1%。
BL1117采用SOT223、TO252-2电源封装。

Description
BL1117 is a series of low dropout three-terminalregulators with a dropout of 1.3V at 1A load currentBL1117 features a very low standby current 2mAcompared to 5mA of competitor.
Other than a fixed version, Vour= 1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V2.5V, 3.3V, 5V, and 12V, BL1117 has an adjustableversion, which can provide an output voltage from 1.25to 12V with only two external resistors.
BL1117 offers thermal shut down and current limitfunctions, to assure the stability of chip and powersystem. And it uses trimming technique to guaranteeoutput voltage accuracy within +2%. Other outputvoltage accuracy can be customized on demand, suchas +1%.
BL1117 is available in SOT223, TO252-2 powerpackage.
